Sudhir is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He is a licensed auditor by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and is registered as a Public Accountant by the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountant (MIPA). Sudhir was previously an Audit Partner at Moore Stephens Mauritius. He has also occupied the post of CEO of MIPA ( 2018 to 2020 ).
Sudhir has extensive experience in the Accountancy, Auditing, Taxation, Consultancy and Advisory fields at both local and international level. He has also worked in the Public Sector at the level of various Ministries and departments ( 1991 to 2007 ).

Ashvin MAWVEN, ACA, FCCA, BFP is a Chartered Accountant with over 19 years' experience in Public Practice. He has a wide exposure in advisory, accounting, auditing and taxation. Ashvin was previously a Senior Audit Partner at Moore Stephens (Mauritius), an international firm of accountants (top10 worldwide). He has been involved in various audit and consultancy assignments commissioned by the World Bank, the European Union, the COMESA and the Indian Ocean Commission, both at a national and international level.
He has also been the Engagement Partner for the audit of the National Audit Office for 2 consecutive years. During his career, Ashvin has had the opportunity to work in partnership with large international consulting firms like GOPA (Germany) on major assignments for the Government of Mauritius. He is also well versed with all aspects of internal auditing, having performed such assignments for large government-owned bodies and private companies and possesses excellent knowledge in business valuations, double taxation agreements and group consolidation procedures.

Mr. Jacques KELLY has a long experience in taxation. Prior to the inception of Mauritius Revenue Authority in 2006, he was a Chief Inspector of Taxes at the then Income Tax Department, which he joined as a clerical officer in January 1972. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work in all the spheres of taxation. Upon joining the MRA, he held the post of Team Leader at the Medium and Small Taxpayer Department and subsequently transferred to the Large Taxpayer Department in 2013.
He was appointed Section Head at the Operational Services Department in March 2016. He has followed several training courses, both in house and abroad, covering a wide range of topics from tax administration to exchange of information under Double Taxation Agreements. From 2013 to 2016 he was the Country Correspondent for the MRA at the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) and the Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators (CATA). Mr Kelly retired in December 2019, having reached 65 years, after serving in the taxation domain for over 47 years. He is now providing consultancy and other related services in taxation.

Sarah Jane is a highly trained and competent professional accountant who is ACCA Qualified and a member of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and a member of the MIPA (Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants). Sarah Jane has over 13 years of experience in the financial services sector.
Sarah Jane is a native Mauritian based in Rodrigues and she has an extensive knowledge in providing accounting services. She manages the full accounting needs of a diverse group of Clients from sole traders through to SMEs. Thanks to her diverse experience, Sarah Jane understands the different needs of her Clients in different sectors. Sarah Jane also has great experience in helping Clients develop their own new companies, including developing business plans, opening of bank accounts, liaison with the authorities for company formation and trade licences and helping Clients apply for development grants. Additionally, Sarah Jane has performed a number of lectures and training courses to help small business owners understand the requirements for accounting compliance, how to manage their businesses and how to manage risks.
